REGULATION 


to provide for the extension of the West Pakistan Anti-Corruption EstablishmentOrdinance,1961, to the Tribal Areas of  [4][……….] 
Dera Ismail Khan and Peshawar Divisions.

 

            WHEREAS clause (2) of Article 223 of the Constitution of [5][1962] provides that the Governor of West Pakistan with the approval of the President may, with respect to any matter within the legislative competence of the Provincial Legislature, make regulations for a Tribal Area or any part of a Tribal Area situated in the Province;

Preamble.

            AND WHEREAS it is expedient to provide for the extension of the West Pakistan Anti-Corruption Establishment Ordinance, 1961, to the Tribal Areas of [6][……….] Dera Ismail Khan and Peshawar Divisions; 

             NOW, THEREFORE, the Governor of West Pakistan, with the approval of the President, is pleased to make the following Regulation:—

1.         (1) This Regulation may be called the West Pakistan Anti-Corruption Establishment (Extension to Tribal Areas of [7][……...] Dera Ismail Khan and Peshawar Divisions) Regulation, 1963.

Short   title  and commencement.

             (2) It shall come into force at once.

 

 

 

2.         The West Pakistan Anti-Corruption Establishment Ordinance, 1961, shall extend to the Tribal Areas of [8][……...] Dera Ismail Khan and Peshawar Divisions.

Extension       of  

West Pakistan  Ordinance No. XX  of  1961 to  the Tribal Areas of  [9][…] Dera Ismail Khan and Peshawar  Divisions.
