ACT

to repeal Martial Law Order No. 362, issued by the

Marital Law Administrator, Zone ‘B’.

            Preamble.---WHEREAS it is expedient to repeal Martial Law Order No. 362, issued by the Martial Law Administrator, Zone ‘B’.

            It is hereby enacted as follows:

1.         Short title and commencement.---(1) This Act may be called the [7][Khyber Pakhtunkhwa] (Repeal of Martial Law Order) Act, 1989.

            (2)        It shall come into force at once.

2.         Repeal of M.L.O. 362.---Martial Law Order No. 362, issued by the Martial Law Administrator, Zone ‘B’, is hereby repealed.
