(First published after having received the assent of the Governor of the [6][Khyber Pakhtunkhwa] in the Gazette of [7][Khyber Pakhtunkhwa], (Extra-Ordinary], dated the 6th July, 1914).

AN
ACT

to repeal the West Pakistan Tendoo Leaves (Prohibition on Possession and Use) Ordinance, 1966, in its application to the [8][Khyber Pakhtunkhwa.]

 

WHEREAS it is expedient to repeal the West Pakistan Tendoo Leaves (Prohibition on Possession and Use) Ordinance, 1966, (W. P. Ord No. XXIV of 1966), in its application to the [9][Khyber Pakhtunkhwa].

Preamble.                

It is hereby enacted as follows: —

1.         (1) This Act may be called the West Pakistan Tendoo Leaves (Prohibition on Possession and Use) ([10][Khyber Pakhtunkhwa]) Act, 1974.

Short title and commencement.

(2) It shall come into force at once.

2.         The West Pakistan Tendoo Leaves (Prohibition on Possession and Use) Ordinance, 1966, in its application to the [11][Khyber Pakhtunkhwa], is hereby repealed.

 

Repeal of  W.P. Ord No. XXIV of 1966.

3.         The West Pakistan Tendoo Leaves (Prohibition on Possession and Use) ([12][Khyber Pakhtunkhwa] Repeal) Ordinance, 1974, ([13][Khyber Pakhtunkhwa] Ordinance No. VI of 1974), is hereby repealed.

 Repeal of [14][Khyber Pakhtunkhwa] Ord No. VI of 1974.
