AN

ACT 


to repeal the [7][Khyber Pakhtunkhwa] Chashma Right Bank Canal Project (Control and Prevention of Speculation in land) Ordinance, 1971.

 

            WHEREAS it is expedient in the public interest to repeal the [8][Khyber Pakhtunkhwa] Chashma Right Bank Canal Project (Control and Prevention of Speculation in Land) Ordinance, 1971 ([9][Khyber Pakhtunkhwa] Ord. No. V of 1971);

   Preamble

 

It is hereby enacted as follows:—

 

1.         (1) This Act may be called the [10][Khyber Pakhtunkhwa] Chashma Right Bank Canal Project (Control and Prevention of Speculation in Land) (Repeal) Act, 1987.

Short title and commencement.

 

            (2) It shall come into force at once.

 

2.         (1) The [11][Khyber Pakhtunkhwa] Chashma Right Bank Canal Project (Control and Prevention of Speculation in Land) Ordinance, 1971 ([12][Khyber Pakhtunkhwa]  Ord. No. V of 1971), is hereby repealed.

    Repeal and saving.

 

            (2) Notwithstanding the repeal of the [13][Khyber Pakhtunkhwa]  Chashma Right Bank Canal Project (Control and Prevention of Speculation in Land) Ordinance, 1971 ([14][Khyber Pakhtunkhwa]  Ord. V of 1971), anything done, action taken or order passed under the said Ordinance shall be deemed always to have been validly done, taken or passed.
